Carmabi’s Water Program connects students with Curaçao’s environmental challenges.

This school program focuses on the impact of wastewater and human activities on land and coral reef ecosystems. Lessons take place at schools or at the Carmabi Research Center in Piscadera, offering students a hands-on experience in understanding how daily choices affect nature.

The program is designed for pre-exam secondary education students studying biology (3 VSBO, 4 HAVO, 4/5 VWO). It encourages awareness and action, supporting SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation and SDG 14: Life Below Water by promoting sustainable water management and reef protection.
