  • Club17 identifies shared challenges on the island and initiates projects together with partners.
  • Projects are shaped collaboratively and carried out by partners.
  • Partners lead the work on the ground. Club17 ensures focus, alignment and continuity.

Partner Initiated Projects (PIP)

Initiated by partners, strengthened through Club17

  • Projects start with from with a partner’s initiative.
  • When they align with Club17’s vision, they can become Partner Initiated Projects (PIP) within the network.
  • Partners lead their initiative. Club17 connects it to the wider network and governance model.

In both cases, projects are developed within the Club17 framework and guided by the shared vision and the SDGs with three clear goals:

All Club17 Curaçao projects are developed within the Club17 network. Projects are reviewed by the Council of Advice and discussed with the Council of 17 (Students UoC), bringing together experience, sector knowledge and the perspective of the next generation.

Baseline
We map what already exists.

Project design
Gaps and opportunities are translated into a joint plan.

Execution & monitoring
Partners implement. Progress is followed.

A monitoring system is being developed to track progress and impact per project.
This will make contributions measurable and comparable over time.
